ICP (India) Pvt Ltd offers Pylon Sign Boards. The ICP monoliths and pylons have been used by all major oil giants to build brand awareness in their retail outlets across India. These imposing signs help divert traffic in to the retail outlets, by proving advance notice to the customers about the location of the outlet. It is very common to see pylon signs on or near main streets. Manufactured of aluminium and steel to exact specifications, the structures are made for long term usage, and can typically withstand wind loads up to 55 m/s. They have an engineered steel structure, with internal lighting and aluminium cladding. The lighting arrangement is designed for easy access and maintenance. The aluminium cladding is specially imported from Mitsubishi, Japan, and has a special ‘fluorocarbon’ painting, guaranteed for 10 years against fading. The polycarbonate material for the logo is imported from GE Lexan, and is UV resistant (protected against discoloration). The graphics are done using cast vinyl from 3M and Avery Dennison, and is again guaranteed for 5 years. ICP is geared up for mass production of these signs with state-of-the-art equipment such as CNC routers, vinyl cutting plotters, vacuum thermoforming, fabrication shop, etc, the proof is visible in more than 600 such monolith signs installed across India.
