Flexible Hose Industries manufactures flexible PVC and Polyurethane Hoses with SS wire reinforcement from 38 mm to 1000 mm dia in 4-15 mtr length. These can withstand temperature from -20ºC to +60ºC. These have a smooth inside diameter as well as strength and durability. These are lightweight and designed for maximum airflow and can be used with a wide range of blowers, portable evacuators, turbo ventilators, fans, printing machines, and dryer machines for both positive and negative pressure. Fire-resistant and anti-static quality hoses are also available. These are weather resistant hoses. The following are three types of PVC hoses: Type PFFH – flexible PVC hoses made with continuous spring steel wire reinforcement helix between polyester fabric coated with PVC on both sides; Type PSRH – spiral PVC hose made with continuous spring steel wire reinforcement helix on the outer periphery of the hose covered by PVC/extruded wear strip; and Type UNPH – flexible hose made from unsupported PVC film with continuous spring steel wire reinforcement helix between film overlap. Applications: removal of air, gas, fumes and dust; and can be used in washing machines and dryers.
