Tractel Tirfor India Pvt Ltd offers the original Chack Tirfor Pulling and Lifting Machine. Manufactured as per specification number 5604-1984 for universal gearless hand operated pulling and lifting machines, this also conforms to European Federation of Mechanical Handling Classification No: 931.042. Chack Tirfor is portable machine with multitude of uses. With minimum of effort, all sorts of operation can be performed easily like pulling lifting and lowering. Any length of rope can be used; it is under the control of the operator. Lifting and lowering of the load is manually controlled to the fraction of a cm. The jaw grip is drop forged from alloy steel, precision machined and heat treated to prevent rope slip. The jaw links are made of alloy steel and heat treated to resist wear and tear. Anchor hooks are forged steel designed to withstand the shock and surge load of several times their valid capacity. Side cases are pressed from steel sheet, which are cold drawn with deep drawing quality and further galvanised which makes it further more capable of withstanding several their valid capacity. Bearing used here are graphite-ised nylon bearings, which require no lubrication. In the higher capacity model antifriction ball bearings are used to bear heavy load and reduce effort. Wire rope used here are bright drawn galvanised high tensile steel rope specially manufactured within closed tolerance having a mixed core combination for better flexibility. This complete unit can be carried and operated by one man and because of its ease operation no special skill is needed for its operation.
