Hi-Tech Polymers offers a range of PTFE Moulded and Extruded Products in the form of rods, bushes and tubes. The range includes: rods – dia 6 mm to 250 mm (standard), large diameter made to order and length – 300 mm to 1000 mm (standard) or as required; bushes – OD 25 mm to 300 mm (standard), ID 12.5 mm to 275 mm (standard) and length – 150 mm (standard), larger diameter made to order; tubes – flexible ID 1.6 mm to 25 mm; wall thickness – 0.8 mm/1.6 mm, length 3 mtr to 100 mtr, and rigid ID 19 mm to 100 mm, wall thickness – 3 mm to 25 mm and length up to 5 mtr. The raw material for these products is obtained from best available sources and processing done according to international standards. All the products are finally, stressed relived to obtain components of high dimensional stability. The quality of these products is monitored right from receipt of raw material to finished products and the concept of total quality management is adopted. Obviously, products have a very long field life and optimum services are guaranteed.
