Mega Fibre Pvt Ltd, established in 1990, offers a range of prototyping services. This includes: prototyping of exterior and interior components from concept to final product. Prototype products can be produced from 50 to 50,000 in quantity p.a., for trial and test markets. The company uses resin moulds, which can be slightly modified whenever required. The company has opted for two innovative processes, first one being composite moulding and the second, thermo-vacuum forming of engineering plastics. Manufacturing technologies, processes and services: for composite materials ? resin transfer moulding with Cornat Technology from Owens Corning, and spray-up and hand lay-up process; for engineering plastic material ? large size (2 x 1.2 mtr) vacuum/thermo forming of thick gauge sheet; cold bending of poly carbonate sheet. The company offers complete solutions to the customer to achieve customer "delight" by developing and manufacturing products including after sales services in an innovative and efficient way.
