Processing Machines, Jigger / Jumbo Jigger, its frame is made of graded cast-iron rigidly connected by means of mild steel tie bars. The standard electric motor fitted below the gear box and it’s driven by “v†belts totally enclosed. Reverse forward starter with panel box. Starter provided on bottom side of the gear box. Stainless steel trough fabricated out of 304 grades, 14 swg. At the bottom, two stainless steel guide rolls mounted on fiber or gunmetal bushes. Provision for drain single / double.

- The drive to the main roll is given through tampered differential gears fitted with gunmetal bushes resulting in constant fabric speed.
- Perforated steel pipe for direct heating and coil if required for indirect heating provided below the guide rolls.
- Fitted above the trough consisting of self-balancing rocker with guide rolls of 5†device and adjustable pipe expander to give stretched and creaseless passage of the fabric.
