Doshi Ion Exchange & Chemical Industries offers PRO-UF Systems. It is of high purity. It is used for water processing. It is based on the principle of crossflow membrane filtration incorporating hollow fibre modules. It is positioned to replace conventional post RO/ DM treatment schemes like MCF, UV, etc. It has the following distinct characteristics: crossflow filtration with backwashing facility for longer life; option of sanitisation by chemical or hot water (up to 95°C) for sanitary application are available; modules are available in poly-sulfone, poly-ethersulfone, poly-aramide, cellulose and poly-acrylonitrile material; high temperature resistance up to 70°C for continuous use; and excellent dis-infection with 107 log reduction of bacteria and pyrogen results into almost zero bacteria count in permeate water.
