Txlene Forge Pvt Ltd has a state-of-the-art forging plant with a total capacity of 3000 tpa of finished forgings producing Precision Steel Forgings for use in automotive parts, diesel engines, builder's hardware, electrical transmission and other allied industries. The company also focuses on custom-made-forgings from all grades of steel as per buyers' specifications. These forgings range from 0.2 kg to 10 kg. The company has press and drop forging hammers along with necessary infrastructure facilities, e.g., die and tool-room, heat-treatment, shot-blasting, etc. It is a supplier to OEM vendors of a number of automotive component manufacturers of Bajaj and Honda motorcycles and 100% EOUs. The forgings are not only used as original fitment in Bajaj motorcycles and New Holland tractors but also by exporters to USA and European automobile manufacturers. Apart from automotive sector, the company is also supplying forgings to a number of exporters of builders' hardware and electrical transmission hardware.
