Infinity Engineering, an ISO 9001-2000 certified service provider, is engaged in manufacture and refurbishment of rollers and other parts required for replacement of OE equipment for the polyester film industry. The company is a leader in the field of rollers for polyester, paper, converting and flexible packaging industries. Its cylindrical grinding facility has a capacity of grinding jobs up to 24†in diameter and 6200 mm between centres. The accuracies achieved are consistent with customers’ requirements and can be measured in a few microns. This highly skilled, specialised service has often brought back into service, at a minimal cost, rolls/shafts that otherwise would have to be replaced. The company provides a variety of surface coatings as per customers’ specifications and requirements: Hard Chrome Plating, with surface hardness up to 950Hv/65 HRc; ceramic coating, duly ground or diamond polished; super finishing with surface roughness to 0.004 microns Ra value; hard anodising; and rubber coating in EPDM, natural rubber, super silicon, neoprene, polyurethane, etc.
