Universal Technocast is a leading manufacturer of Precision Components and Castings by investment casting process. The company has quality certification ISO 9001: 2000 from TUV SUD. It undertakes manufacturing of precision component casting according to drawings, specifications, materials and samples provided by customers, in required quantity. For achieving excellence in products, the company has installed state-of-the-art plant equipment and machinery. The laboratory department is also fully equipped by the latest measuring instruments, physical testing instruments and chemical analysis by spectrometer (German make) and wet analysis lab. The plant has two crucibles of Electrotherm brand having capacity of 250 kg and 150 kg. The production capacity is 600 metric tonnes/annum and job handling capacity from few grams to 100 kg, single piece.
The company can undertake production of precision component castings in capacity of weight range from 3 gm to 70 kg per single piece component by metal/alloys such as stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, nickel based steel, super alloys, aluminium alloys, copper based alloys, bronze alloys and many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is always alert to maintain quality, accuracy, on time delivery and reasonability in prices. The products have applications in industrial valves, pumps, material handling equipments, textile components, machinery components and all type of mechanical components.
