Centerless Grinding Machine Model GCL-40/40A is of simple and dependable design and is generally meant for grinding of cylindrical parts of various materials like steel, copper, aluminium, plastic, glass, porcelain, rubber, etc.
- Auto in-feed Grinding cycle, rapid forward, coarse feed, fine feed, spark out, rapid retract.
- The guideways are coated with turcite material which gives absolutely no stick slip motion
- The nitride and super-finished spindle is supported on multi-point hydrodynamic bearings and is driven by electric motor which is fixed to the bed, thus isolating vibrations to maintain high precision and long lasting life
- Regulating wheel spindle is made of high-grade case hardening steel, the upper portion of the stand is interchangeable for through or plunge grinding operation
- Hydraulic power pack is a self-contained unit placed at the rear of the machine, the bearings of both the grinding and regulating wheel spindles have a centralised system of lubrication by circulating oil from a separate pumping unit.
