Universal Technocast is a manufacturer of precision cast components. These include mechanical components like various types of flanges, brackets, pulleys, wheels, and impellers. The company undertakes the manufacture of precision cast components according to the drawings, specifications, materials and quantity details apart from the samples provided by the client. An ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, Universal Technocast has a well-equipped lab to aid its manufacturing process. With a capacity to produce 600 MT per annum, the company has a job handling capacity that ranges between a component that weighs a few grams to the one that weighs as much as 100 kg. The components are cast in metal, or alloys such as stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, nickel based steel, super alloys, aluminium alloys, copper based alloys, bronze alloys and many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
