These instruments are manufactured adding to pressure gauge or thermometer a potentiometric transducer. The objective of this device is to transmit variable value to distances far away also thousands of meters, with low cost and no danger for continuity, since circuit between transmitter and receiver is electrical. The transmitting device is manufactured in weather proof execution and carries on dial slide wire type potentiometer, whose slide is linked to pointer mechanism. The circuit is a 3-wire type and connected to a millimeter with crossed coils, whose pointer will move proportionally to voltage picked up by transmitter potentiometer slide.
