Drive Unit
It consists of kirloskar/Siemens make Electric Motors & Radico/Elecon make Reduction Gear Boxes.
50 feet length-Motor H.P. 3+A-337 Reduction Gear Box
30 feet length-Motor H.P. 2+A-287 Reduction Gear Box
20 feet length-Motor H.P. 2+A-287 Reduction Gear Box.
Speed
Approx. speed of the conveyor belts will be about 82 feet per minute.
Capacity
Conveying capacity of the Belt Conveyor units will be about 750 to 800 bags per hour.
Skirt Plate
Each conveyor will be provided with side skirt of M.S.plate with necessary brackets for initial guide.
Take Up unit
Each conveyor will be provided with screw type takes up for correct adjustment of Belt tension.
Electricals
Only Electric Motor and suitable starter will be provided. Requirement switches, cables, and plug points to be provided by the factory.
Painting
Steel structure of the conveyor will be painted with one coat of Red oxide Metal Primer and coat smoke grey paint or as per requirement.
