Polyurethane liners for different applications like hopper, chute, vibrating feeder, skirt board, etc., are well accepted, and successfully used in mining industry. Sigmathane PU liners are high abrasion and tear resistant to conventional liners. These liners are non sticky and avoid material build-up and light in weight for easy handling. Sigmathane liners are pre-cast in segments as well as large pieces to exact fit in the equipment. Sigmathane liners are easy to handle, install, and remove while replacing. Liners can be manufactured with/without fixing holes and metal backup plates as per application needs. The company has complete technical know how to design, develop, manufacture, and install liners in complicated equipments. It has complete in-house facilities for mould design and development, blast cleaning, surface preparation, processing and final finishing of metal inserts for in time and cost effective supplies.
