Polypropylene Tanks
Supreme Fibre Glass offers polypropylene tanks for electroplating plants, anodising plants, pickling plants, phosphating plants and effluent treatment plants. These tanks are manufactured using world-class German extrusion welding technology. These tanks have replaced all MS-FRP or SS tank and due to economy of cost 95% of plants today are made from polypropylene stress relieved sheets. The life of these tanks is more than 15 years. They are maintenance free. PP sheets are available up to 10-metre of length and 1.5-metre width in one piece from extrusion machines. PP tanks are available in wall thickness of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25 mm. PP liners are used in cement tanks and effluent treatment plants as they are more reliable and economical then FRP lining or acid-proof bricks lining or rubber lining. The biggest advantage of “Supreme” PP liners and PP tanks is that it can be relocated, reused and can be modified to other size even after many years of usage. Due to long life, reusability, zero maintenance and economy of cost “Supreme” PP tanks and liners have completely replaced FRP or rubber lined MS tanks, acid proof bricks lining of cement tanks and stainless steel tanks. PP tanks can be offered along with fume extraction hoods also. These tanks come in built with inlet, outlet, veir cup and air agitation piping.
