Classic Enterprises offers Polypropylene Corrugated Crates, PPCC-1. These are made-to-order Crates and Bins made out of Polypropylene Corrugated Sheets with and without dividers. The PP sheets are made from Impact Co-Polymer of Polypropylene and has cellular construction with two walls connected by vertical ribs. The crates, made from these sheets, are water and oil resistant, light weight, strong and with live hinge properties, and 100% recyclable. Being fibre-free, these are also used in clean environments where paper board base products are unsuitable. The package can be screen printed for the purpose of branding and identification. The crates are made-to-order to suit customers and product requirement, and are extensively used in automotive industry for delivery of components from vendor to assembly line. The crates also find application in other industries such as consumer electronics, home appliances, food processing, and textiles.
