Rotex Automation Limited offers all new, technology driven Pneumatic Actuators, QTF series. Salient features: patented concentric tapered springs, with flower design with modular construction to generate optimum torque; hard anodising to raise surface hardness to 42 HRC to provide resistance against corrosion and wear; a small rectangular groove is provided in the rack guide to help retain the grease, thus limiting the wear; anti-blow out feature; strong and reversible cam ensures double life; patented, special tooth profile with dual involute to provide extraordinary strength; aluminium alloy extruded body has high pressure integrity even at 300 bar; one piece casting of rack and key provides further strength to the teeth of the rack; EN8 steel pinion, coated with Dacromate to withstand up to 2000 hours of a salt spray test; Grade II D epoxy coated springs for higher corrosion resistance; and the actuator has a high life (1 million cycles life) due to large bearings (reduces load), triple point bearings and soft parts made of polyacetal (for low friction).
