The Norgren Mechatronic Pneumatic Propotional Valve, available with Open/Closed loop control built in a standard housing for single or customised multiple functions provides a simple fit solution for all current and future advanced engine control systems. These are widely used in Europe/North Americas for achieving compliance with Euro 4, Euro 5 and US 07 legislation. Propotional solenoid valve communicates with engine ECU by PWM or CAN (SAE 1939) providing diagnostic feature to support OBD (on-board diagnostics). It provides optimisation of engine performance/efficiency and gas recirculation rate. Various customised design solutions available.
