Shreeram Industries offers a technically superior range of PMDC Motors – magneto electrical motors, small PMDC motors and battery operated PMDC motors. These are designed and manufactured by a dedicated team of design engineers and technicians coupled with sophisticated machines to ensure high quality and reliability. The company’s modern manufacturing plant has advanced machinery for: coil winding on automatic winding machines; wound stators are varnished in vacuum pressure impregnation system; and rotors are dynamically balanced to ISO quality grade 2.5. Computerised test facilities include: eddy current type, dynamometer type testing; various types of commutator tests; and surge comparison test. All motors undergo thorough performance test as per IS: 4029. The range includes single phase and three phase motors, motor stamping, and sheet metal automobile components.
