Chandra Electric Company offers PM DC Planetary Geared Motor with brake.It has an advantage of centre shaft and high efficiency. Compared to weight ratio, it delivers high torque. With factory filled synthetic lubrication, it operates silently with high tortional rigidity.
Motor body is made out of carbon steel, end shields out of aluminium alloy. These are protected against corrosion by pretreatment and final electro plated. Hard ferrite magnets with high coervice force are used to get high starting torque at nominal voltage.
Motor can be made in any voltage and can be designed to give desired speed from min of 500 rpm to 5000 rpm. Provided at the end of the gear motor fail safe electromagnetic brake for instant stop.
