E-Square Alliance Pvt Ltd offers a Plug Lockout Box. Most industrial accidents are caused by the unexpected energisation or start-up of machines or equipment or by the uncontrolled release of energy. Many of these accidents can be prevented by proper Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. Manufactured from sturdy polystyrene, the plug lockout box has been developed to completely enclose electrical plugs to prevent a machine being energised. The plug completely sits inside the unit with the cable being fed through an access hole inside. The small unit is suitable for a variety of electrical connections up to 40 mm diameter, with a locking mechanism taking up to 4 safety padlocks. The large unit is suitable for standard and larger electrical plugs, including 3-phase connectors.
