Avery India offers heavy-duty Platform Scale, Model H500. This can handle loads of up to 5,000 kg, yet loading is quick, easy and safe due to the scale's low profile and slip resistant steel platform. Flexible siting: H500 can be sited in a variety of locations to suit customer requirements: surface mounted, surface mounted – with mild or stainless steel ramps to make loading even easier, pit mounted. The well proven Avery load cells are corrosion resistant. These super precision 8708 load cells will give a high degree of accuracy with repeatability over long periods of heavy usage. A strong advantage: a special feature of the H500 is its exceptionally high ratio of strength to capacity – a load weighing as much as 90% of the machine’s rated capacity could be concentrated on one area of the platform without damage to the scale. So dense, heavy and awkward loads present no problem. The H500 is available in a very wide range of dimensions and capacities. From 2,000 kg up to 5,000 kg, from a compact 1.5 metre square platform to an ample 2.5 metre square, this versatile machine can adapt to the needs of any installation. Features: self-contained heavy-duty platform scale for use with a digital indicating system; minimum height platform with no projection above platform level; fabricated mild steel construction; mild steel platform – slip resistant, if required; four Avery 8708 beam type, nickel plated, corrosion resistant, steel load cells to IP67 with integral cables (standard length 4 m); normally the four load cell cables are terminated in an aluminium waterproof (IP65) terminal box which is located within the platform structure; feet have sealed ball free-motion and screw height adjustment; and one umbilical cable 5 m in length is provided for connection between the terminal box and the indicator.
