Friends Packaging Machinery Co is a leading manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of paper corrugation machines, hydraulic paper cutting machines, thread book sewing machines, heavy-duty platen punching machines, four bar rotary cutting and creasing machines, reel to sheet cutters, etc. The platen machine is designed for die cutting, creasing and embossing on paper, card board, corrugated board, plastic and PVC, etc. Salient features: totally standardised (i.e., all parts are inter-changeable); all shafts are from EN-8/9 steel and pins are grounded and bushes from phosphorous bronze alloy; all bearings are of SKF/NBC/Nachi make; fail-safe combination clutch brake system with adjustable system (up to microns); the main driving shaft is equipped with two sets of double helical self-lubricated imported polyamide pinions; main electric panel (operation and control) are equipped with international standardised components, i.e., (Siemens/L&T/Schneider (France), etc; self diagnostic system software with visual indications; main flywheel with check-nut system; centralised lubrication system is provided; quick and simple adjustment of impressions is made through two worm gear and eccentric bushes; machine is quite, silent running and outlook is excellent with best quality paint and powder coated fitting; and a moveable foot brake is provided for extra safety. Fastest platen opening (6-dgeree) provides the press operator increased time to feed, delivering greater productivity.
