Plastic Spools comes from Vikas Spool Pvt. Ltd. Stainless steel wire, copper wire, super enamelled copper wires, CO2 welding wire, aluminium wires, spring wire, strip wire, cables, EDM wire, filament yarn, etc all need spools for packaging and easy dispensing. Vikas Spool is one of the largest manufacturers/exporters of plastic spools/bobbins/reels in India. Raw materials for processing these products are tested in accordance with every stringent and exacting requirement of purchase specifications so the products manufactured are only of high standard. The reels are specially designed to occupy minimum space for a maximum wire weight. The taped shape of the barrel of the flange ratio ensures trouble free over-end dereeling of fine wires even in case of extensive transport. Wire entangling is prevented. The winding space of reels is made from one piece free from flash and absolutely even. They are therefore suitable for fine wires. The spools should not be stored in direct sunlight because heat built up can lead to deformation of the plastic material. They also serve as take-offs (over end take-offs at high wire speeds) and are therefore supplied with a completely even internal surface. All containers have sight glasses so that the wire quantity on the reel can be checked during winding without lifting cover.
