Erection & Instrumentation Engineers is a manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of soil, cement-concrete and bitumen testing instruments, survey instruments, etc. Model TM-124 is a plastic limit set (as per IS: 2720-Part V). Moisture content at which soil has smallest plasticity is called plasticity limit. Thus plastic limit is defined as the water content at which a soil will just begin to crumble when rolled of 3 mm dia. The complete set consists of one each: glass plate 20 x 20 cm having ground ends and side frosted; brass rod of 3 mm dia and 150 mm long; flexible spatula; set of 6 moisture containers; porcelain bowl of 100 mm dia; and a 25 ml measuring cylinder (pp). The kit is well packed in a corrugated box.
