A G Industries Private Limited is an ancillary unit of Hero MotoCorp, and a manufacturer of plastic auto components injection moulded parts in India. Having modern and well-equipped manufacturing facilities at Gurgaon, IMT Manesar, Haridwar and Bawal, the product range of the company comprises injection moulded parts for automotive lamps, injection moulded and painted two-wheeler body parts, seat belt mechanisms, and more. Specialising in plastic moulding, painting, decoration and sub-assemblies, the company, as an initiative towards upward integration, has diversified its existing product line to meet the growing demands of its esteemed customers. It has thus entered into the manufacture of airbag covers with technical assistance from K.D Corporation (Korea). The safety plastic components manufactured by the company are being used in the cars of Maruti Suzuki, Ford, Tata, Nissan and many others in the export markets through Tier I suppliers like Autoliv India and Takata India. Apart from Autoliv and Takata, the client base of the company includes Meenakshi Polymers, AutoFit, India Japan Lighting, Minda, Toyoda Gosei, Hero MotoCorp and others.
