Chemac Equipments manufactures Planetary mixer (powder/cream/ointment) with emulsifier/double beater. The material of construction is SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L and MS. Function: the planetary mixer is used for intimate and homogeneous mixing of products of different viscosity, density, shapes and proportions. This is achieved by planetary motion of beaters and centrally located emulsifier. This unit is provided with 55 bowl of suitable capacity. The stirrer shaft rotates on its axis and around the periphery of the bowl in a planetary motion, this motion provides proper mixing. Capacity: 10 to 2500 litres. Features: higher shear rates; dispersing low-density solids; liquid solids dispersions; main container mounted on castor wheels for easy mobility; choice of different designs of beaters to suit the mixing requirements of wide variety of materials; jacketed bowl for heating and cooling of the products; the main top dish is provided with vacuum connection so as to avoid aeration; scrapers of suitable design are provided to avoid localised heating and ensure uniform mixing; and a separate control panel is provided with mimic. The mixer is useful for ointment, paste, cream and lotions. Motorised as well as hydraulic lifting and lowering assembly is also provided for higher capacity models. Contra rotary mixers for tooth paste can also be supplied.
