Creative Carbon is a manufacturer of moulded products from raw materials like carbon, phenolic fibres and rubbers, etc. Besides these, the company produces some of the mechanical equipment and spare parts, etc. It manufactures single and double acting Piston Assembly, useful for oil or water based mud pumps. The piston assembly consists of piston body, piston rubber, and plate, snap ring and piston `O’ ring. The piston body is alloy steel forging heat treated to enhance its strength; this enables it to withstand stress reversals in operation. The piston flange is induction hardened for wear resistance. The tough and durable Buna-N rubber is mounted on API standard hub of the piston body. Applications are in a diverse array of industries: fertilisers, petrochemicals, steel, textile, pulp and paper and aerospace technology. Other products from the company include fibre bearings and slipper pads, moulded blocks for shuttles for textile machinery, phenolic laminated sheets, rods and tubes, customs built thermo setting mouldings, carbon seals, carbon rails, mechanical seals, rotary joint, carbon brushes, trolley wheels, etc. These are also exported to various countries.
