Established in 1991 in Visakhapatnam, India, Flash Forge, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, is an integrated supplier of Turnkey Piping Solutions and customised fittings, valves and components in special alloys such as titanium, nickel and nickel alloys, cupro-nickel, NAB and duplex steel, among others. The company comprises five divisions, each focusing on a specific product line or business sector. Together, they provide turnkey solutions to the customers they cater to. It offers for Aerospace and Defence sectors: high-pressure titanium gas bottles, managing steel nose cones, domes, missile shell sections, landing gear components and more. The company has a 150,000 sq.ft plant equipped with state-of-the-art design, forging, machining, fabrication and piping facilities. It offers integrated design services that include basic, reengineering and reverse engineering. The facilities are equipped with SolidWorks, AutoCad and Catia systems. It possesses CNC pipe bending machines, hydraulic presses ranging from 250-3000 tonnes, elbow forming mills, tee presses, and CNC and conventional machines for drilling, turning, boring/jig boring, milling and bevelling. The fabrication facilities include NC pipe bending machines, welding generators for TIG/MIG welding, bending and rolling parts of up to 60 mm in thickness in a variety of special metals.
