Indo Services offers WIZinspect, a laser based high volume Parts Measuring System from Nextec Technologies, Israel, for high speed non-contact inspection of volume produced components. The basic equipment is built on a CMM platform and is ideally suited for components, which warrant 100% inspection similar to engine blocks, cylinder heads, gearbox housings, differential housings, pump housings, etc. WIZinspect works almost six times faster than automatic CMMs and can also conveniently measure intricate profiled parts such as turbine blades, propellers, turbocharger parts, etc. WIZinspect system comprises of CMM platform, patented point laser probe, state-of-the-art, 4-axis motion control, WIZinspect application software and link to network/material handling gadgets, etc. The highly acclaimed WIZprobe – laser scanning probe, is an advanced non-contact laser-scanning sensor for fast, accurate and highly reliable geometric measurements. WIZprobe measurement accuracy is guaranteed over a very wide range of material types, colours, surface finish and laser beam angles. It is small in size, has a standard PH-10 interface.
