Ravel Hiteks offers series of Peristaltic Pumps for low volume applications and high volume industrial applications. The programmable peristaltic pump model RH-P100 Series covering the flow range from 0.12 ml/hr. to 60 lit/hr in 1 to 8 mm internal diameter with the wall thickness of 1 or 1.5 mm. These pumps are ideally suited for laboratory applications.
The micro controller based control system ensures precise fluid delivery throughout, with digital control of dispensing time intervals and auto shut off after desired number of batches/volume. It also enables direct entry of flow rate, tube size, batch volume, interval time and total volume with flow calibration, priming. The pumping head contains anodized aluminium block with spring loaded twin rollers. The rollers are made up of SS316 or carbon filled nylon. The pump can operate continuously up to 1.5 Kg/cm2.
The company is also manufacturing micro controller based RH-P110 series peristaltic pumps for low volume applications from 0.12 ml/hr. to 6 lit/hr., and RH - P120 series peristaltic pumps. These pumps cover a flow range from 60 ml/Hr to 3000 lit/hr for industrial environment with high working temperature and humidity. Fixed speed pumps and special pumps to suit the requirement of OEMs are also available. These pumps finds a wide variety of applications in R & D and teaching institutions, chromatography, chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical and various other industries where the fluids are to be transferred without cross contaminations or to handle corrosive liquids.
