Passenger Cum Material Lift

  • All columns and masts of the cabin are hot dip galvanised
  • There are two control panels: A master panel that is placed inside the cabin, and another panel positioned at the ground level

  • Surpass top limit switch: It prevents the pinion from surpassing this switch
  • Lower top limit switch
  • Emergency top limit switch
  • Inductive for presence of column: This inductive checks whether hoist is positioned on front of the column
  • The last column is provided in red colour has only half a rack
  • All the gates of the cabin have switches so that if any is open the hoist would be block
  • Mechanical centrifugal emergency brake: This is the most important safety system
  • Column protection: The column is positioned in the front of the gate
  • Grill anti crushing below our cabin
  • In case of failure of the electrical power it would be possible to unblock the motor brake from inside the cabin
  • When the hoist goes down and reaches last 2.5 mtrs the hoist stops and one needs to use the button
