Bhoomi Analyzers offer Oxygen Analysers, BI-2000. It is a zirconium based device. It is specially designed for oxygen measurement in combustion processes, typically to improve the combustion efficiency by monitoring and controlling excess oxygen in flue gases. It is accurate, consistent and reliable even for close loop control applications. The characteristic of zirconium cell enables the oxygen analyzer to provide exceptional sensitivity at low oxygen concentration. Its features are: Zirconium oxide sensor giving real time measurement of excess oxygen; calibration facility; Reliable output, adaptable to close loop control; Standard length of probe is 3 feet & 6 feet. Optional lengths 18 inches, 9 feet & 12 feet; Self cleaning ceramic filter for maintenance free operation; Microcontroller based digital system with user friendly menu driven operator interface; Easy installation, all hardware supplied with system; Completely field repairable; Digital electronics package in IP65 housing; Explosion proof housing available as option; Auto & manual calibration facility for zirconium sensor; Technical Specifications: Oxygen measurement range: 0-10%, 0-25% & 0-100% programmable; Standard output signal: 4-20mA linear & isolated; Static system accuracy: 5% of reading; Dynamic system accuracy: 1% of reading; System response time: less than 3 seconds; Process temperature: 10 °C to 760 °C; Ambient temperature: 0 °C to 60 °C; Power supply: 90 to 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz; Power requirement : 300 Watts; Reference air: Clean dry instrument quality air; Calibration gas: minimum two oxygen concentrations between 0.40% and 20.95%; Mounting: 90mm diameter insertion hole; 16 x 2 back-light LCD display and 4 x 2 keypad for user interface; Auto & manual calibration facilities; Built-in multimeter for voltage & current measurement; Wall mounting and powder coated enclosure as per the industrial standards; Isolated and linear 4-20mA current output; In-built PID controller; Programmable events incase of sensor, heater, thermocouple & other failure; IP65 housing.
