The Optical Profile Grinder is a high precision, simple & speedy optical profile grinding machine for grinding of throw-away tools bits, stamping dies, flat form and circular shape tools, in tungsten carbide, super steel, etc. This produce form rolls of any shape and profile with profile accuracy of 5 micron. This machine is available in manual CNC models with magnification option of 25X & 50X. The advantage of this machine is that they need no template to produce profile tools. Depending on the final profile accuracy, the shape of the work piece is to be drafted on a transparent paper to scale 10:1, 20:1 or 50:1.
Automatic stroke for relief grinding, with 30-degree-standard profile grinding wheels; it is possible to plunge grind 90-degrees-recesses on both sides, in one setting of the work piece, templates for semi-automatic manufacturing of flat form tools and circular shape tools, the projector can be used as an optical control with profile accuracy 0.005mm, wet grinding device, and stroke movement, infinitely variable with zero positioning.
