Lapmaster India Private Limited Lapmaster 48, an optical air bearing polishing machine. This is a pitch polisher designed to produce extremely flat surfaces and fine finishes on a variety of materials. Unique, air-bearing spindle minimises transfer of heat and vibration to the polishing surface. This machine has a 48” annular pitch lap with temperature control, with 3 positively driven workstations capable of handling components up to 16” diameter each. Standard features include: positively driven conditioner, oscillating work station drives, and removable pitch trimming bar. Other models are available. Lapmaster has complete facilities for R&D, one of a kind, or high production contract lapping and polishing. Its contract service will accommodate all needs for precision flatness and finish beyond existing capabilities.
