Neo Tele-Tronix offers an Oil Test Set that is ideal for testing of breakdown/withstand test of transformer and circuit breaker oil, in accordance with IS 6792: 1992 for oil testing. Features: input is 230 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 1 phase AC; capacity – 10 mA in the HT side for all sets; transformer – HV transformer used in the test set is cast resin type of graded insulation with centre point of HV winding grounded; protection – zero start interlocking and door-interlock is to be provided; snap acting automatic tripping of HV circuit in case of overload or breakdown of oil sample under test; and over voltage indication (audio and visual) is also incorporated; metering – analog meter for manually and motor operated sets; digital display for automatic sets; test vessel – as per IS 6792: 1992; and a gauge is provided along with the cell to adjust the gap. Features that can be provided at extra cost for manually and motor operated sets: capacity other than standard setting, digital metering, stirring arrangement, mushroom electrode and cylindrical electrode.
