Aspire systems boast of a wide range of operational applicability and are the only 'Combo Oil Purifiers’ in the world capable of removing solid particles, moisture, water and air contaminations from dirty and rejected oils deploying only one machine. Moreover, Aspire is one of the most versatile oil cleaning systems, which can be used for cleaning almost all industrial oils, of various applications and wide viscosity range (3 cst to 460 cst) to super-clean levels. The usage maybe offline or online as per cleaning requirement.
Aspire portable oil purifying systems, as the name suggests, are movable machines, which can clean almost all industrial oils to super-clean levels even from dirtiness levels of NAS 99. These machines can be used to clean oil in tanks (online) or as offline in barrels and stand-by tanks. The benefit of such a system is that a single machine can be procured to clean number of oil tanks in plant. However the performance of the machines will depend largely on usage by factory personnel who will have to schedule it to different oil tank locations sincerely and religiously. The machines are available in various models. For machines with height of oil tank more than a metre from the ground, extra pumps are fitted in the system to pump the oil up to overhead tanks.
