This is a special purpose machine in mass finishing or polishing automation segment, developed for Nozzle Plate polishing and it is built on the principle of impact load generation using relatively smaller particles coupled with high velocity, thereby leading to high energy particle finishing machine. Capable of de-burring and generates smooth polished surface in minute. This is more than ten times effective than ordinary de burring systems like tumbling, bowl finishing or vibratory finishing and centrifugal finishing where the ceramic finishing is employed
