New Electronic Jacquard

New Electronic Jacquard

Bonas Machine Co of UK has unveiled its CSJ Electronic Jacquard machine. Bonas pioneered the world"s first electronic Jacquard machine in 1983 and the present version is an upgradation in many ways. The CSJ is available in two frame sizes: 1344 and 2688 hooks. It has steadier, sturdier lifting arms making way for smoother running at higher speeds. The machine now has up to 51 shed positions. Smoother operations result in fewer yarn breaks and, hence, higher efficiencies. A Powerpack reduces power consumption and load on all electronic components. The CSJ is mountable on most quality weaving machines and has only one moving selector part.
