The Wickman 6-26 is a multispindle automatic lathe developed to meet the needs of the medium to large users looking for high productivity and jobs requiring high accuracy, consistency and reliability. This new generation of the Wickman has been retained with its famous stroke control system on the cross slides and upper camshafts quadrants. All accessories and attachments used on the Wickman 1?-6 can be fitted onto the Wickman 6-26. The 6-26 has been designed with the new health and safety legislation, to achieve CE accreditation to meet the latest European standards.

- Constant forward positioning on cross slides and upper cam shaft quadrants ? a major benefit when using pre-set tooling to optimise cutting strokes, aiding improved tool life
- Reduced noise level of approximately 79.5 db achieved primarily through extensive sound proofing, the use of direct AC drives and improved drive gearing
- Operator safety ensured at all times through fully interlocked and enclosed guarding system monitored through the Siemens control
