Multipole Connectors Up To 700 A
Multipole industrial connectors introduced by Aditya Electronics for rating up to 700 amperes are specifically designed and manufactured for all kind of industrial applications and some specific heavy-duty industrial applications, suitable for high capacity AC and DC current. These industrial connectors facilitate manufacture, installation and maintenance of electric parts in electrical electronics machinery, robots, control panels and wherever connections are required for power, control and signal circuits. They are UL and CSA approved and are CE marked. Male/female inserts are made of self-extinguishing thermoplastics and can be used from -40?C to +250?C. The contacts are made of special silver-plated/gold plated copper alloy with connection to conductors made by captive stainless steel screws or crimping terminals. Enclosures are of made of die cast aluminium alloy with finish of epoxy polyester powder or in self-extinguishing thermoplastic. The coupling stability and protection against accidental opening are ensured by single or double locking system comprising of monoblock lever in stainless steel, springs and pegs in stainless steel or plastic. By virtue of design these enclosures offer excellent resistance to impact and strong mechanical stresses. Surface mounting and bulkhead housing and hood are available with/without fixed covers or with mobile protective covers. Special gaskets made of vinyl nitrile elastomer provide IP65 protection against dust, water and other aggressive agents.
