Multifold Machinery, pioneer of folding technology in India, offers a complete range of multiform machines to manufacture cupboard doors and shelfs, sheet metal tiles and sheet metal cabinets like, pedestal, AC cabinets, washing machine cabinets and refrigerator evaporator bodies. Multiform can fold 4/6 bend cabinets in just 15 to 20 seconds in single loading of sheet. Multiform machines consist of 2 or 4 folding modules with module adjustment system to set modules for different cabinet sizes. In manual loading version the sheet is manually loaded in multiform and located. When Cycle Start Button is pressed, first end folds are done, and then central folds are done. The sheet can then be manually removed. In fully auto version, sheet metal line is offered for folding cabinets. This line includes automatic sheet loading system; folding system to do side folds; sheet rotation system for folding other side fold; sheet transfer system to carry the sheet to multiform machine and multiform machines to fold 4/6 bends; and cabinet ejection system. Module positioning for different sizes can be done manually or automatically with manual fine-tuning. Since while folding all modules are fixed, the folding cabinet has very high dimensional accuracy. Optional accessories include photo guard system and automatic lubrication system.
