R D Pollution Controls undertakes to design and manufacture various systems for air pollution control equipment such as pulsejet bag filters, cyclone dust collectors and scrubbers for all applications of air pollution control and flue gas filtration. The most widely used dry type dust collection equipment is cyclone and multi clone separators. In these seperators, dust laden gas enters through cylindrical or conical chamber tangentially at one or multiple points and leaves through a central opening. The dust particles, by virtue of inertia, will tend to move towards the outside wall from which they are lead into a receiver. In multiclone dust collector a spiral motion is imported to the dust laden air by bank of annular vanes, which are available in multiple units as suitable to the size. These collectors are working as settling chambers in which gravitational acceleration is replaced by centrifugal acceleration. Multiclone dust collectors will offer least expensive solutions to efficiently remove the solids from gases with temperature as high as 500ºC. The efficiencies can be expected between 80 to 85% for particles more than 3 microns in diameter. The multi clone tubes are commonly available with cast iron or any other abrasion resistant alloys in sizes between 8 and 12†in diameter. The optimum designed multi clone dust collector will offer good efficiency of collection. The company can design the multi clone dust collector for capacities up to 1,00,000 CMH with nominal pressure drop. All these equipment and other systems are offered on turnkey basis right from design and up to final prove out to any kind of industrial/technical/research establishments.
