The Micromaster multifunction CNC machine is said to provide capabilities normally found in several machines, which means versatility, cost savings, less counter space and a single control. Instead of purchasing machines designed for a single purpose this one machine can perform the following functions: milling, drilling, engraving, probing and coordinate measuring, digitizing-reverse engineering, EDM electrode milling and EDM ram operations. A vacuum system with automatic shaker bags contains the dust and deposits it into containers. The machine is available with three- or four-axis simultaneous machining capabilities. A tilting rotary table will be offered soon, to complete five axis.
