Easun-MR Tap Changers (P) Ltd offers a Motor Drive Unit. True to uncompromising quality and reliability standards of the tap changers manufactured by the company, the motor drive also lives up as a suitable mechanism. Two models are available, viz., MA-2 and MA-9. Both motor drives are fully meeting the requirements of IEC 60214. The drive mechanism is built with a specialised series of gears to arrive at smoother operation. The uniform mounting and drive geometry significantly enhances fitment. The housing is made of corrosion-resistant, cast aluminium body – perfect for actual practice for any environment. A wide variety of special measures allows the drive mechanism to handle even the most extreme operating conditions. The mechanism is tested for IP-56 protection. Special housing are available for IP-65 also. The motor drive is built with all necessary safety features. The company can provide any suitable electrical features in the motor drive as demanded by the users’ system, or even customised solutions.
