Gouri Engineering Pvt Ltd manufactures and designs Misting Fogger Machines. Also known as pneumatically operated fogger machines (Microfog Au – 5 ltr capacity), these are double nozzle fogger machines, which are specially designed for fogging in high hazard and medium hazard areas like in factories and warehouses where flammable goods/explosives are manufactured or stored, electricity without certain regulatory conditions is not permitted. The features are as follows: manufactured out of special grade stainless steel; a portable unit with 5 ltr capacity disinfectant tank and can take care of 5000 to 6,000 cu.ft volumetric area in a single fill; the two nozzles discharge fine droplets and fill the room with the fog; the droplet size is 2 to 4 micron and penetrates effectively in the intricate areas; compatible to all aqueous disinfectants available in the market having density not exceeding 1.05; can be customised for higher density-liquids, viscous liquids and oils on demand; permanently installed, customised fogging systems can also be offered for large production areas/warehouses; the sound levels are restricted within 50 dB when recorded @ 3 mtr distance; available I5 and 20 ltr capacity; the fogger results in very high efficacy; and the complete fogger machine is autoclavable repeatedly for 30 minutes or more @ 120ºC.
