Milling Machines

  • Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a work piece by advancing (or feeding) in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. It covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations.
  • After the approval of drawings using AutoCAD technology, the machine is made up from graded cast iron. The gear box is precisely made using the processed gears & shafts produced from materials such as EN-8 & 353.
  • The size, power & built quality of milling machines vary a lot, so choosing any one of them from the machine dock range is quite important to have that precise efficiency.
  • Milling machines can be outfitted with a number of tool heads to accomplish different machining needs. Some of these tool heads include cutters, rounding mills, fluted mills and ball end mills.
  • The control panels includes relays, contractors, VFD, touch panel making the operator a lot easier to work on the machine hassle-free. The emergency stop switch ensures proper safety.
