The range of metal components include cast components, forged components, sprockets, machined components and power transmission products. Ashoka provides castings in proof machined and finished machined condition as per customer designs and requirements. In order to meet the quality conscious market, the company providing the castings that are ultrasonically tested, apart from providing physical, chemical and magnetic particle testing. The components can be made in MS, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Non Ferrous or any other as per ASTM, BS, IS, AISI, SAE or any to suit customer requirements.

- MS, alloy or carbon steel: Up to 11, 500mm diameter and 4,000mm in length
- Non ferrous – As per customer requirement.
- Weight:
- In the case of MS, alloy or carbon steel: 30 Tons Single Piece
- Non ferrous- Up to 1700 Kg.
