Manifolds Valves are functionally installed to control, measure, isolate, equalize, calibrate, drain, vent or differentiate the pressure of liquids and gasses. These are ruggedly designed and precision machined to the most exacting dimensional tolerance to ensure perfect installation and application. These valves are available in optional 2, 3 and 5 valves configurations which come in remote mounting (pipe to pipe), direct mounting (pipe to flange, flange to flange) onto the instrument on 2-1/2†(54 mm) centre.

- Testing: Each valve on every manifold is 100% tested with nitrogen at 1200 PSIG (80 bar) for leakage at the packing seat and shell
- Optional sour gas service available conforms to N.A.C.E. MR-01-75-90
- One piece forged high strength body without welds
- Safety Bonnet lock/prevents accidental disassembly
- Stem threads rolled and hard plated and tip stellited provides maximum service life and excellent flow control
- Packing below stem threads/prevents stem lubrication washout and isolate threads from system fluids
- Safety back seating/provides secondary seal, prevents stem blow out
